This is a commonly used sound detection sensor that uses a high-sensitivity microphone component and the LM386 chip. The high-sensitivity microphone element is used to detect the sound of the outside world. Using the LM386 chip to build a suitable circuit, we amplify the sound detected by the high-sensitivity microphone, the maximum multiple is 200 times. When using, we can adjust the multiple of magnification of the sound by rotating the potentiometer on the sensor. When adjust the potentiometer clockwise to the end, the multiple of magnification is maximum.
The sensor is compatible with various microcontroller control boards. Input the sensor signal terminal to the analog port of MCU, and sense the change of the analog value, and display the corresponding analog value on the serial monitor.
The sensor comes with a 2.54mm anti-reverse plug-in white terminal. When using it, we can connect to the MCU with DuPont cable. The 4 3mm diameter on-board positioning holes can fix the sensor to other devices.
