The BQ25570 Energy Harvester Module is a highly efficient, ultra-low-power power management module designed to collect and manage small amounts of energy from low-voltage sources such as solar panels, thermoelectric generators (TEGs), and piezoelectric energy harvesters. It combines a boost converter/charger with a low-power buck converter, making it suitable for energy-harvesting and low-power electronic applications.
The module is based on the Texas Instruments BQ25570 energy-harvesting power management IC, which is specifically designed for applications requiring microwatt- to milliwatt-level power. It can efficiently extract energy from high-impedance sources while helping prevent the input source from collapsing.
