Wooden 4 DOF Robot Arm Optimus

Optimus MeArm is the most recent version of the MeArm Robot Arm Kit, which is more robust than the earlier versions. This arm can be controlled using several platforms, such as Arduino, to create one of the coolest robot arms. The robot arm comes as a kit with all the necessary screws and you may assemble it with nothing more than a plier, a Phillips-head screwdriver, and your imagination. It is an excellent kit to get you started with mechatronics.

NOTE: You must buy motors and other electronic parts separately.

This Kit Includes

• All the plastic parts required to build the robot arm
• Bolts and nuts

Note:

• Servo motors and Development boards are not included
• It is better to use three MG90 servo motors for the base and right and left side shoulders
• A plier and a Phillips-head screwdriver are needed to assemble the kit
• For assembly, 12 Male to Male or Male to Female jumper wires are needed depending on the development board that you’re using (Arduino). Nano, ESP8266, ESP32 etc.)
• A Small-scale development board can be easily placed inside the basement (Ex: Nano, Pro Mini, Pro Micro, NodeMCU)
