Refund and Returns & Order Cansalation Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Duino Electronics. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Please Note – Devices purchased cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind after the purchase has been completed.

• You have 5 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Duino Electronics reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving a refund or exchange.
• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature (e.g., Batteries, Motors, Power Supplies, IC”s, Transistors, Resistors, Etc…).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 Days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at duinolk@gmail.com/0710360355 within 3 days of receiving the product.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us at duinolk@gmail.com/0710360355 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Pack the item securely, including any accessories or manuals that were included with the original purchase.
• Clearly Mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at duinolk@gmail.com/0710360355. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Exceptions

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to their nature or usage. These may include but are not limited to:

• Items marked as clearance or final sale.
• Customized or personalized items.
• Batteries, Motors, Power Supplies, IC”s, Transistors, Resistors, Etc…

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Condition for Order Cancellation After Processing:

• Customers are allowed to cancel their order after it has been processed but before it has been shipped.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via Whatsapp, email, or through our customer support channels, referencing the order number.

Deductions for Cancellations Post-Processing:

• Packing Charges: A fixed packing charge of Rs.280.00 will be deducted from the refund.
• Processing Charges: A processing fee of 2% will also be deducted from the refund.

Notice to Customers:

• Refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• In cases where the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers may instead opt for a return or refund, as per our return policy.
